As Talentrail at Canitoan National High School reached its pinnacle, Day 4 stood as a testament to the transformative journey undertaken by 100 students. With a focus on career sharing and project showcase, the day unfolded with a myriad of insightful sessions and inspiring presentations.
The morning commenced with Career Sharing Breakout Sessions, offering students a glimpse into various professional domains. Distinguished speakers, representing diverse fields, shared their expertise and experiences, providing invaluable insights into career paths. From Business Management to Engineering, students were exposed to a spectrum of opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions about their futures.
The lineup of speakers was impressive, including Ms. Kiana Marie Sinatao of JCJ Tax and Accounting Services, Engr. Jelo Rafael Pabayo, Multimedia Designer at High Output Ventures, and Mary Grace T. Mondia, RN, Former Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Armed Forces Hospital, Mr. James Panerio, an educator, Mx. Ezel Lambatan, an agripreneurship advocate working in the Local Government of Cagayan de Oro, Engr. Allan Lariosa, a registered mechanical engineer, and Major Mac Lloyd Latris from Task Force Oro. Each speaker's narrative resonated with passion and purpose, igniting aspirations within the students.
In the afternoon, the spotlight shifted to the culmination of student endeavors with a project presentation by Ronel G. Rapsing on the "Trash to Cash Initiative." This innovative project showcased students' ingenuity and commitment to addressing environmental challenges while creating sustainable solutions.
The day concluded with a ceremonious awarding of certificates to stakeholders and participants, acknowledging their dedication and contributions to the success of the Talentrail program. As students reflected on their journey, they departed with a sense of empowerment and readiness to embark on their chosen paths with confidence and purpose.
Talentrail Day 4 was not merely an end but a new beginning, marking the start of a promising future for the youth of Canitoan National High School.
